The question of racism is one of the greatest problems facing the world today. It permeates all spheres of human activity not only in our region but all over the world. And by its nature it is a threat to international peace and security. Consequently, we speak out of conviction when we say that those who denigrate the humanity of others are enemies of mankind as a whole, not simply the enemies of the people they oppress.
